Dubai Creek Harbour

Dubai Creek Harbour brings a new commercial hub to the city, offering retail, cultural and residential spaces. Located 10 minutes from Downtown Dubai, this iconic waterfront will redefine the future of living in the city. This new project is expected to reach 6sq/km once completed, which is double the size of Downtown Dubai.
Part of this new development is Dubai Creek Tower, planned to be the world’s tallest at 928m. The oval-shaped bud at the top of the tower will house a hotel and 10 observation decks including The Pinnacle Room, which is set to dazzle visitors with 360-degree panoramic views of the city.
Developers also announced plans for Dubai Square, a tech-driven retail destination adjacent the Tower. Measuring 2.6-million square metres, it will be a retail, hospitality and residential district inspired by cities around the world, and will also house Dubai’s own version of Chinatown.

It is an extension of Dubai’s existing Arabian Ranches community and has been designed to provide a host of outdoor facilities – from a lazy river to a splash deck and sports activities – to encourage families with young children and teenagers to locate here.
Sun, the first neighbourhood of Arabian Ranches 3 to be launched, is a gated community of 404 three- and four-bedroom townhouses.
The three-bedroom houses are mid-terrace and include a maid’s room. They have a built up area of 1,941 sq ft and are priced (at launch) at AED 1.2 million.
The four-bedroom houses are end/corner-terrace and also include a maid’s room. They have a built up area of 2,445 sq ft and are priced (at launch) at AED 1.58 million.
Handover is expected to be in the second quarter of 2022.
Emaar’s Arabian Ranches 3 will be a ‘walk-friendly’ neighbourhood with miles of walking trails snaking through the different communities within it.
The key feature is the 7.5 acre central park with its central plaza, lawns, adventure zones, a parkour course, a skate park, barbeque areas, a gymnasium, jogging tracks and a cricket pitch.
Residents will also have a choice of smaller parks with children’s playgrounds, and a four-kilometre long boulevard. A mosque, good schools and healthcare facilities are also nearby.
Amenities and facilities for residents in Sun community include a lazy river, private back gardens, barbecue areas, family shopping and dining, close proximity to the central park and a dedicated gym.
Residents can also access the golfing facilities at the Arabian Ranches Golf Course as well as the riding facilities at the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club.
Once complete, Arabian Ranches III will be connected to the 86-kilometre long Al Qudra Cycling Track.
